Fantastic shop run by a lovely lady. So helpful all the way through - and extremely calming even when I fell pregnant 5 months before the wedding and needed to squeeze into my dress!
Steph, you were an angel and I really appreciated your help with the seamstress etc. Everyone raved about my lovely dress and I have passed your card onto a number of girls who have recently got engaged

Steph: I'd like to thank you for all your help, you were amazing! I would definately recommend this bridal boutique to anyone who wants genuine one to one service, you were so patient and caring, what more can I say but outstanding customer service! After visiting practically most of the bridal shops in Leicestershire, yours was by far the best.
My dress and veil were perfect and the day was a real success ( and i was so pleased to see Kate Middleton had a lace dress too). I'll be sure to send you a photo soon.

A Fantistic Service from a wonderful lady. I couldnt have wished for a nicer shop. Steph was brilliant so caring and considerate. My dress was stunning her srevice from start to finish, alterations etc were second to none. Thank you so much for helping to make my day perfect xxx

Destiny Bridal boutique provides outstanding customer service! I live in Australia and purchased my dress online from Destiny bridal. Steph was very helpful with all my enquiries and found out the information regarding postage and insurance. She kept in contact via email throughout the entire process which was very reassuring. The dress arrived ontime and looked perfect! If you are looking for a no stress and cost effective way of purchasing a gown from an international boutique then I woukd highly recommend Destiny Bridal. Thanks Steph!

my sister got married at the end of july and i purchased bridemaid dresses off Steph.She is an absolutely wonderful person who cannot do enough for you.As the other people have meantioned she automatically makes people feel comfortable and at ease and is so warm and caring.The bridesmaid dresses looked absolutely stunning and everyone passed comment on them.I would definately recommend Steph and the excellent service she gives.Good luck in your new shop and thankyou so much for everything you did. xxxxxxx

Steph is an absolute star! Being asian and therefore having a couple of outfits to buy for my big days (plural- if you are asian, you will understand!), I felt other stores looked down as I had a budget that was a lot less than other brides. But Steph was an absolute gem! I can't recommend her enough! As other people have so rightly mentioned, her no fuss. non pushy, friendly approach is quite frankly a breath of fresh air in the world of bridal shops and made the process of buying my gown a pleasure.

I ordered my dress from this shop two weeks ago after two previous visits. Destiny bridal offers a relaxed and casual atmosphere in which you can try on and choose your dress with out feeling pushed or hurried, Steph is always very welcoming and has plenty of time to give, i cant wait for my dress to arrive and to meet again with steph for my fittings, i honestly cant speak highly enough of Steph and the shop x

Thank you so much for the lovely, friendly and efficient service I received from start to finish. I would definitely recommend you to others - it was a relief to find a bridal shop that was not snooty or pushy! Not only that, but I found your dresses to be much more modern than some of the other shops I visited. I'll let you know how the big day goes! xx

I came into the shop today at very short notice, and was delighted with the warm welcome from Steph. She was extremely helpful and would recommend anyone wanting a lovely experience to try this shop. I found the dress of my dreams ! Can't wait to go back for a fitting.
